Items to Bring

Tent with ground cloth

Sleeping bag & pillow

Comfortable sleep wear to match quality of sleeping bag

Extra pants (incase of rain or mud or something the scout invents)

Extra socks and shoes (one pair should be a good hiking shoe or boot)

Warm Jacket / winter coat (check forecast for fine tuning)

TWO pairs of warm gloves

Warm hat

Rain gear /Poncho

Extra underwear (shirts also)

Sweat shirt or sweater

Plastic bags for clothing and sleeping bag

Toilet kit (soap in box, washcloth, toothpaste and brush, comb) roll of toilet paper per person, hand towel (a couple per person is nice)

Flashlight with fresh batteries (please, small 2D size batteries max, small maglights preferred)

Parents bring cell phone

Personal list of emergency phone numbers

No radios

No TV’s

No video games or electronic trinkets

No food or snacks in the sleeping areas. We will supply plenty of food.
